Technical Support Engineer (New England)

Overview

Technical Support Engineer supporting mission-critical healthcare technology for a hospital customer in the New England territory.

What you'll do

• Provide first-line technical assistance for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to maintain system stability.
• Receive, prioritize, and manage service requests across multiple communication channels.
• Document activities and resolutions in the service management system.
• Escalate complex technical issues and collaborate with senior/cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Ensure support activities comply with regulatory requirements and communicate solutions and next steps.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field (with vocational education), or a bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required.
• Preferred experience with PACS, imaging informatics, or Philips Vue PACS.
• High school diploma, vocational education, or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical, Science-related, or equivalent discipline.
• Skills in troubleshooting, customer service, technical documentation, service operations, and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with on-premises IT, root cause analysis, product installation, product repair/maintenance, and KPI-based monitoring.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, data analysis and interpretation, and supporting customers in critical service environments is a plus.

• Location: United States of America - Remote Based (United States).
• Field based role; must reside in or be willing to relocate to New England.
• Requisition expected to stay active for 45 days.
