Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, responsible for collecting operational data, analysing and reconciling transactions, and managing the end-to-end cash collection process.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis, reconciling transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash, and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions, including invoice creation, debit note review, and journal entries.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable, order management, order fulfillment, and revenue-related follow-ups with sales teams.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work, interacting day to day with peers and updating supervisors.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Order to Cash (OTC) skill.
• Optimizing working capital.
