Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst role within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling end-to-end cash collection processes from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Resolve cash application queries and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions, including invoice creation and debit note review.
• Handle collections, accounts receivable, order management and order fulfillment.
• Post journal entries and follow up on revenue-related matters with sales teams.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
• Receive a moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
