Order to Cash Operations Associate

Overview

Work in the Finance Operations vertical as an Order to Cash Operations Associate, supporting collections processing, cash applications, reconciliations, billing processes and revenue and cash flow management.

What you'll do

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the process from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application and process transactions from payment receipt to finalization.
• Manage OTC collection disputes, including debt collection, reporting on aged debt, the dunning process and bad debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations and follow up on missing remittances.
• Prepare accurate refund packages and supply them to clients.
• Record all collection activities consistently according to the client process or tool.
• Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards and regulations, including restricted-country requirements.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• BCom qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Collections Processing - P3.
• Secondary skill: Accounts Receivable Collection - P3.

• Location: Bengaluru.
• The role may require rotational shifts.
• Expected interactions are within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Daily work tasks will have detailed to moderate-level instruction, and new assignments will have detailed instruction.
• Decisions will impact your own work.
