Overview
Work in the Finance Operations vertical as an Order to Cash Operations Associate, supporting collections processing, cash application, reconciliation, billing, revenue and cash-flow management.
What you'll do
- Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
- Optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
- Streamline billing processes across the process from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery and invoicing.
- Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
- Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts in cash application, and process transactions from payment receipt to finalization.
- Manage OTC collection disputes, including debt collection, reporting on aged debt, the dunning process and bad debt provisioning.
- Perform cash reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances.
- Prepare refund packages accurately and supply them to clients.
- Record all collections activities consistently according to the client process tool.
- Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards and regulations for restricted countries.
- Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team and a predetermined, focused scope of work.
What you'll need
- BCom qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Primary skill: Collections Processing - P3.
- Secondary skill: Accounts Receivable Collection - P3.
- Good understanding of cash applications, including applying unapplied cash and reconciling suspense accounts in cash application.
