Overview

Order to Cash Semi Senior Analyst role supporting accounts receivable management and collections for Syngenta’s Order to Cash team in Montevideo, Uruguay.

What you'll do

• Prepare accurate customer aging reports and provide analysis and insights.
• Manage accounts receivable information for stakeholders.
• Coordinate payment postings and bank reconciliations with internal teams.
• Perform collection activities and align customer account applications and reconciliations.
• Monitor blocked orders and support credit-limit related processes.
• Complete month-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner.

What you'll need

• Advance student of accountancy/administration.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative positions.
• Experience managing overdue debt in a client portfolio.
• Intermediate English level.
• Medium level SAP proficiency.
• Detail-oriented approach and collaborative teamwork style.
