OTC Functional Consultant/Architect

Overview

OTC Functional Consultant/Architect to join Carrier’s Digital ERP Architecture team and support SAP ERP order-to-cash (OTC) design and integration as part of the Design Authority group.

What you'll do

• Own design-related decisions and provide guidance within the SAP ERP architecture.
• Propose efficient business processes aligned to business goals and objectives.
• Benchmark SAP processes and propose scalable, low-ownership, low-cost solutions.
• Act as an integration layer between business and technology teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Guide development toward standards-based, robust, easily maintained SAP ERP solutions.
• Architect Order-to-Cash process/system solutions aligned with the global solution template.

What you'll need

• At least 16 years of experience.
• Experience defining and maintaining global templates and playbooks for SAP OTC modules.
• ERP implementation experience including data migration, integration, and customization.
• Previous Order-to-Cash Architect experience.
• Strong business analysis with process mapping and business process redesign.
• Clear understanding of SAP SD (Order to Cash) with integration to MM/SD/LE/PP and FICO in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
