• Apply systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities.
• Oversee project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree requirement.
• English oral and written proficiency required.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Preference for at least one of: Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or additional role-relevant Salesforce certifications.
