Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, adapt features to business requirements, manage releases, and ensure system stability, compatibility, and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
• Manage software releases to maintain system stability and performance.
• Use standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across systems.
• Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Understanding of database management and query optimization.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms and standard development tools to customize packaged or SaaS applications.
