Configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications, adapt features to business requirements, manage releases, and maintain system stability, compatibility, performance, and scalability.

What you'll do

Configure and support packaged or software-as-a-service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements.
Manage application releases and ensure overall system stability and performance.
Use standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain compatibility across different system components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

15 years of full-time education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CMDB Discovery, and ServiceNow portal.
Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management.
Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools to customize and extend application functionality.
Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and scalability.
Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable solutions.
