Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability, using standard tools, APIs and low-code platforms.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure system stability and performance.
