What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features to business requirements.
• Manage application releases and maintain system stability.
• Use standard tools, APIs and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain the knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Perform independently and become an SME; actively participate and contribute in team discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
• Experience with integration of ITOM tools using APIs and scripting.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with release management and change control procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and performance.
• 15 years full time education.
