Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support ServiceNow packaged/SaaS applications to tailor features to business needs, manage releases, and keep systems stable, working as a subject matter expert in a team setting.

What you'll do

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Use APIs and low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
• Manage application releases and version control in packaged applications.
• Document configuration changes and maintain the knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance on best practices.
• Contribute actively to team discussions and to solutions for work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow - Now Assist.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with release management processes and version control in packaged applications.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• 15 years full-time education.
