Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Work as a Wealth Management Tool Avaloq Tester supporting Wealth Management initiatives.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Manage and track test assets, test execution, and test automation using Test Master.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful project delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly.

What you'll need

• 15 years full-time education.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Must have skills: Wealth Management Advisory Solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in the Wealth Management domain.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Test Master Automation.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of defect management and test management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management projects.
• At least 5 years of Test Master experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in test reporting, dashboards, and metrics analysis.
• Exposure to application testing and quality engineering practices.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
