Patient Analytics Consultant

Overview

Analyze longitudinal patient datasets to help clients make fact-based decisions, working with stakeholders and RWA teams across the globe.

What you'll do

• Deliver value and high-quality service on regular standard projects and ad-hoc client requests, generating actionable insights.
• Apply efficient techniques to longitudinal patient data, EMR data and claims datasets to generate meaningful insights.
• Support junior team members during their ramp-up period with data and analytical support.
• Assist in coordinating project start-up activities, creating global programs, tracking spreadsheets and other required documentation.
• Support automation and Lean initiatives in projects and generate innovative ideas for the growth of the CoE.

What you'll need

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of programming and reporting processes and frameworks.
• Ability to draw algorithms to transform transactional data into summarized data assets.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, R and SQL.
• Knowledge of creating macros or reusable programming snippets.
• Around 4-7 years of work experience is desired.
• Active participation in generating ideas for better, optimal solutions to analytical problems and acting as a business or technical subject matter expert.
• Ability to work effectively with a virtual team, including international teams, as well as independently.
• Effective time management to meet daily metrics and team objectives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and be flexible to change.
• Customer focus, commitment to quality management and problem-solving.
