Payerpath Consultant I

Overview

Payerpath Consultant I provides first-line customer support, mainly over the phone, and helps deliver successful implementations of Allscripts and related products.

What you'll do

• Provide expert customer assistance over the phone as first line of support.
• Work under supervision on assigned tasks in implementation and training.
• Achieve monthly revenue and/or productivity goals set by the fiscal year budget.
• Meet client satisfaction and client comprehension targets post-implementation.
• Manage assigned implementation projects and training for Allscripts applications and designated 3rd party products.
• Analyze, resolve, or escalate implementation problems, including complex/system-wide issues.
• Review test files, report findings, document implementation metrics, and produce required reports.

What you'll need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems analytically.
• Comfort with basic technical concepts and willingness to learn.
• Graduation in B.com, BCA, BSc, BA (with strong interest in computers), or a related field.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting abilities.
