Overview
Support Global Change Programme initiatives through project management office administration, people data analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination and HR technology access administration. Enable efficient project delivery and data-driven decision making through accurate, timely and insightful management information.
What you'll do
- Support project planning, scheduling and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, actions and decision registers.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and track follow-up activities.
- Support preparation of governance packs, steering committee papers and status reports.
- Collect, validate, analyse and interpret HR and project data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decision making.
- Produce regular reporting on project progress, benefits realisation, resource utilisation and key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities within people and project data and provide actionable insights.
- Provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Act as a key point of coordination between project leads, People teams, Global Business Services and Digital & Technology teams.
- Support communication and reporting activities across global stakeholder groups.
- Process approved MyHR and HR technology access requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for system access administration.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance and data-management processes.
- Contribute to the development of standardised templates, tools and PMO best practices.
- Promote a culture of data quality, continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
What you'll need
- Experience supporting projects or programmes within a PMO environment.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel.
- Experience creating dashboards and management reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with HR systems, workforce data or people analytics.
- Stakeholder management experience within a matrix organisation.
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive data.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
