People Solutions Associate

Overview

People Solutions Associate in Visa’s People Shared Services team, supporting global employee data changes and HR operational requests with accuracy and customer service.

What you'll do

• Process employee data change requests and maintain employee file records.
• Support global programs/processes including timely termination processing and HR privileged access assignments.
• Analyze and resolve simple-to-medium complexity queries related to transfers, terminations, demographics, and VOE requests.
• Use case management and HRIS/internal tools to research and drive accurate resolutions.
• Support cyclical HR events such as annual reviews and promotions.
• Update and improve the knowledge repository and recommend training documentation and gaps.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and handle unexpected transactions and service requests.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months of work experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: 2+ years of work experience.
• Preferred qualification: 6+ years of relevant work experience (also stated as 4+ years relevant work experience).
• Use enterprise-scale HRIS tools such as Workday and PeopleSoft or ADP.
• Use an HR case management system such as ServiceNow.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools including PP presentations.

Details

• Visa requires at least 3 days in office; expectations will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday.
• Availability for meetings with teams in the US, APAC, CEMEA, and Europe when required.
