HR Analyst I

Overview

HR Analyst I role in the HR Shared Services team providing administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR shared services.
• Handle employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Use HR technologies, systems, and case management tools.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the colleague experience.

What you'll need

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• No prior experience required in HR administration, shared services, or customer service.
• Preferably have studied HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Have professional HR certifications (advantageous).
• Be proficient in English (professional fluency required).
• Have strong customer service orientation and verbal/written communication skills.
