Overview

Front Line Manager for HRO Recruitment Operations responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations and process performance.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition management, pipeline tracking, interview coordination, and offer processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of hiring processes in line with organizational policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to meet hiring targets and workforce planning goals.
• Monitor recruitment SLAs, quality metrics, and process adherence; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to recruitment operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• OR Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (Symbiosis Institute of Distant Learning stated).
• Required skill: Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Language: English (Required), with proficiency level C1 (Advanced) stated.
