- Develop integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack’s API and Bot SDK.
- Build Slack apps and bots that turn manual steps into simple, automated workflows.
- Write clean, readable automation code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, stored and versioned in GitLab, with clear documentation and peer code reviews.
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures quickly and fix root causes so automations remain reliable at scale.
- Ship changes safely through GitLab CI/CD pipelines, following testing, change-management and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT general controls (ITGC) standards.
- Use AI tools, large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, to accelerate development and prototype AI agents.
- Share AI-related learnings so the whole team moves faster.
