Manager, SAP CPI Integration

Overview

Provide technical oversight, architecture guidance, and team leadership across the enterprise integration footprint as a seasoned SAP Integration Lead.

What you'll do

• Coach and mentor team members.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Enforce design standards.
• Uplift the overall technical capability of the team.
• Act as the primary technical point of escalation to unblock the team on critical integration issues, complex transformations, and core architectural bottlenecks.
• Establish integration guidelines, security practices, and reusable assets across SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical integration designs.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of total experience in enterprise integration.
• 6+ years specifically in SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP PO/PI.
• A proven track record of leading developer teams, conducting code reviews, and structuring technical guidance.
• Expertise in event-driven architecture, RESTful API design, microservices integration, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensions.
• Exceptional analytical and debugging skills across cloud and on-premise networks, including Cloud Connector, reverse proxies, and firewalls.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical delivery teams and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with enterprise integration governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience.
