Performance Engineer

Overview

Investigate and resolve complex performance challenges that the internal performance testing team has not been able to address, acting as a subject matter expert across multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze software development lifecycle and system architecture to optimize performance.
• Design and execute performance testing and validation strategies.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure systems meet current and future demands.
• Manage application performance and proactively detect and resolve problems.
• Lead efforts to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements across projects.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Mentor junior team members in performance engineering principles.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have skills: proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Influencing and advisory skills.
