Performance Engineer

Overview

Performance Engineer role focused on diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues not identified by internal testing.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve complex performance issues independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Monitor system performance metrics and generate detailed reports for decision-making support.
• Validate performance through performance testing and validation activities.
• Plan for capacity needs and manage application performance.
• Detect and address problems to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture.
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze application performance data and identify root causes.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and resource management techniques.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
