Performance Engineer

Overview

Automation Architect leading GenAI-driven automation initiatives to enhance productivity, improve quality, and accelerate deployment frequency, with technical delivery and P&L management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Lead GenAI-driven automation programs to optimize productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation architecture and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, scalability, and performance standards.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, focusing on cost optimization and value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams to drive excellence.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
• Identify and implement innovative, reusable solutions across projects and teams.

What you'll need

• Automation Architecture (must-have skill).
• Minimum 15 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
• 15 years full time education.
• Automation Architecture & Scalable Framework Design.
• GenAI-driven Automation & AI-led SDLC Transformation.
• CI/CD Pipeline Integration & DevOps Practices.
• Technical Delivery Leadership & Program Management.
