Job description

Overview

Support end-to-end project management through planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, MIS reporting, and project coordination within Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS delivery framework. Support investor-led base-build projects by tracking progress, analyzing deviations, and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to maintain alignment within scope, budget, and schedule.

What you'll do

  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules, update weekly and monthly reports, and identify potential risks or delays to mitigate proactively.
  • Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and consultants to ensure the timely availability of drawings, approvals, and materials in line with the project plan.
  • Track procurement schedules, monitor lead times for critical materials, and ensure timely delivery to prevent execution delays.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly MIS reports including progress dashboards, schedule variance, manpower, and procurement status.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between client, consultants, and site teams to maintain project governance and reporting accuracy.
  • Support change control processes by evaluating time and cost implications of variations and ensuring schedule updates reflect approved changes.
  • Analyze resource utilization, productivity trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making for project efficiency.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless alignment between planning data and site progress.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, project trackers, and dashboards for Senior management reviews.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Office aligned with project objectives and contractual milestones.

What you'll need

  • B.E. Civil.
  • 6 - 8 Years & above of relevant experience.
  • Similar experience or role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project / Primavera software.
  • Technical awareness of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
