Overview

As an Order Management Specialist for INOPC PG, you will support customers with order management, delivery coordination, invoicing, reporting and case management within Hitachi Energy’s India Operation Center.

What you'll do

• Handle priority deliveries to support customers in meeting their targets.
• Book orders using SAP.
• Address change management requests from customers.
• Support order forecasting based on trends.
• Coordinate with the operations department on production status, priority deliveries, delivery delays and invoicing.
• Provide order acknowledgements to communicate order status.
• Generate invoices for orders.
• Verify invoices and handle disputes.
• Handle customer and client escalations.
• Prepare and share reports and trackers to manage daily volume and monitor team productivity.
• Interact with clients and customers daily to discuss areas for improvement.
• Conduct pre-shipment and case management audits.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 yrs. of experience.
• End-use working knowledge in SAP - SAP R/3 (ERP).
• Case management experience in SalesForce CRM.
• Very good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
