Overview

Lead project planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead project planning and scheduling activities for large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project), coordinating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to track progress and identify critical path activities.
• Monitor project milestones, analyze schedule variances, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for senior management and clients, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems, structural components, and mission-critical infrastructure unique to data centers.
• Facilitate weekly schedule review meetings, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders and trade partners.
• Manage resource allocation, manpower planning, and equipment scheduling to optimize productivity.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans for complex, phased construction sequences.

What you'll need

• 5+ years construction planning experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
