Platform Engineer - DevOps

Overview

Platform Engineer responsible for building and operating automated, secure, cloud-native infrastructure and delivery platforms. The role includes developing agentic AI solutions, enabling containerized workloads, and supporting application teams.

What you'll do

• Provision and modify infrastructure exclusively through infrastructure as code.
• Reverse engineer applications and infrastructure dependencies, integrations, and data flows.
• Design, build, evaluate, and harden agentic AI solutions for platform and operations work.
• Implement security, compliance, least-privilege access, secrets handling, and policy-as-code guardrails.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
• Enable containerized delivery with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure Container Apps.
• Develop APIs, automation scripts, and platform integrations while supporting application teams with deployments and debugging.

What you'll need

• Experience building reproducible, reviewable infrastructure as code.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Container Apps.
• Ability to build secure and scalable cloud-native platforms supporting AI and ML workloads.
• Ability to work within Kanban, Scrumban, and sprint-based delivery practices.
• High-speed broadband internet of at least 50 Mbps with a wired home-network connection.
