EUT Platform Engineer

Overview

Design, administer, support, and improve enterprise end-user computing environments across Windows and macOS. Provide advanced endpoint engineering, software deployment, security, compliance, and troubleshooting services.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and other mobile device management platforms.
• Develop endpoint policies, software packages, deployment strategies, and automation.
• Provide Level 3 support for endpoint hardware, operating systems, applications, and security issues.
• Monitor endpoint health, vulnerabilities, patch compliance, and security posture.
• Create technical documentation and provide guidance to end users and IT teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ years supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or equivalent mobile device management platforms.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and identity management.
• Understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and ITIL processes.

Nice to have

• Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of virtualization and modern endpoint management practices.
• Understanding of network fundamentals and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Zero Trust security principles and endpoint compliance frameworks.
