Job description
Overview
Platform Engineer for Integration Services in Veeva’s Professional Services group, designing technical architecture and roadmap support for implementations of Veeva applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide roadmap and technical architecture design for solutions and tools used by project teams implementing Veeva applications and Vault Platform.
- Manage day-to-day operations for hosted integrations.
- Handle deployments, system monitoring, and security patching.
- Resolve incidents for hosted integrations.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) for 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliant integrations.
- Coordinate with Services and Product teams and represent Global Technical Services across multiple workstreams.
What you'll need
- Experience supporting CSV for 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliant integrations.
- Ability to manage hosted integrations including deployments, monitoring, and security patching.
- Incident resolution experience for hosted integrations.
