Platform Integration – CI/CD Platform Engineer

Overview

Coordinate and govern releases across enterprise integration platforms, ensuring changes are planned, validated, communicated, and deployed with controlled operational risk.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end release planning across enterprise integration platforms.
• Manage integrated release calendars and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate production deployments and operational handovers.
• Validate deployment prerequisites, rollback plans, and post-release verification.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board activities for platform releases.
• Monitor release execution and support post-deployment stabilization.
• Drive release risk mitigation and process improvement.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in release management, platform operations, enterprise integration, or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide releases, change processes, and deployments across multiple technologies.
• Strong understanding of Change Management, Release Management, service preparation, operational support, and ITIL processes.
• Experience working in multi-vendor and outsourced environments.
• Ability to monitor service performance, manage operational risks, and support contingency planning.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise release management, ITIL Change Management, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD deployment processes, risk assessment, and release governance.
• Understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering principles.
• Familiarity with service-level reporting, operational metrics, compliance, and regulatory standards.
