Platform Support Analyst

Overview

Support and maintain the dentsu Adobe Workfront global application to ensure reliable, scalable, maintainable, highly available application services.

What you'll do

• Provide Adobe Workfront platform support aligned to agreed SLAs.
• Proactively monitor and maintain Workfront system components for quality and performance.
• Support user management, deployments, product releases, and configuration upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet evolving organizational support needs.
• Maintain and store application support documentation in a central repository.

What you'll need

• Proven experience troubleshooting using issue resolution techniques.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront (SaaS for project, resource, and time management).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge to interrogate code and configurations to fix issues.
• Experience supporting global applications/platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
