PPM- Project Portfolio Management

Overview

Oracle-focused Project Portfolio Management (PPM) functional role requiring Oracle ERP R12 and strong PPM/OGA experience. You will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and support design, development, deployment, and operations.

What you'll do

• Handle multiple stakeholders with varying demands.
• Derive and facilitate requirements through CRPs and requirement sessions.
• Analyze problems and provide solutions.
• Support technical design, development, deployment, and operations in Oracle ERP R12.
• Work with EBS Financial modules including Projects (PPM) and Oracle Grants Accounting (OGA).
• Build simple to medium-complexity SQL queries using joins, subqueries, and filters.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years work experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
• Oracle R12 experience and strong direct PPM/OGA experience are mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of EBS Financial modules: Projects (PPM) and Oracle Grants Accounting (OGA).
• Working knowledge of Payables (AP) and Cash Management (CM).
• Knowledge of technical design, development, deployment, and operation in Oracle ERP R12.
• Good oral and written command of English.

Nice to have

• IAEA EBS system familiarity (AIPS) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge in PBCS (Hyperion) is an asset.
• Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) is an asset.
• Understanding of international public sector requirements (IPSAS or US GAAP) is highly advantageous.
