Overview

Senior Associate in PwC's Acceleration Center India supporting Salesforce Revenue Cloud client engagements within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice, focused on quote-to-cash and lead-to-cash solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce Revenue Cloud engagements.
• Manage assigned workstreams across implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud and connected Salesforce platforms to support lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash processes.
• Interpret business process gaps and recommend process improvements across sales operations, billing, and revenue workflows.
• Coordinate data migration, validation, and integration tasks across enterprise systems and digital tooling.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support adoption and ongoing use.
• Review deliverables from junior team members and provide feedback to strengthen work product and technical skills.
• Build client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and communicating progress clearly.
• Apply analytical thinking and systems knowledge to troubleshoot issues and support solution design decisions.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Cloud certifications.
• Demonstrated Salesforce Revenue Cloud configuration knowledge.
• Applying Salesforce Administration across client engagements.
• Interpreting business requirements into platform solutions.
• Collaborating across teams in complex delivery work.
