Salesforce Revenue Cloud- Sr. Associate

Overview

As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Senior Associate, you will support client engagements focused on Salesforce consulting, including needs analysis, software implementation, training, and adoption support. You will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and develop technical skills while learning how to guide and support junior team members.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and align solution design to commercial and service processes.
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and translate findings into configuration and implementation activities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation to support quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle activities.
• Support system integration efforts across enterprise applications and validate data flow between connected platforms.
• Develop training materials and deliver user guidance to support adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
• Interpret feedback from clients and team members to refine solution design and resolve issues during delivery.
• Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Salesforce implementations.
• Review assigned deliverables, mentor junior team members, and contribute to consistent engagement execution.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems.
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation support within consulting environments.
• Salesforce Administration, Lightning, or Service Cloud knowledge.
• Ability to interpret client needs into clear requirements and data-informed recommendations.
• Ability to build client relationships while guiding junior team members.
