Pre-sales SNOW Solution Architect

Overview

Pre-sales and solution consultant for the ServiceNow practice at DXC Technology, driving RfPs through their lifecycle and supporting multi-region, multi-location deals as part of the India Pre-Sales team.

What you'll do

• Work with different Geo leaders on deals.
• Understand the ServiceNow landscape and solution for RfXs.
• Estimate effort based on requirements and produce a solution overview, pricing overview, and appropriate contingencies.
• Document proposals/SOWs in a standard format or customer-provided formats.
• Set up review calls with the pre-Sales head and Geo leaders to review solution, pricing, contingency and proposal/SOW.
• Prepare solution walkthroughs for the customer, including presentations and demonstrations.
• Present separate reviews of large ServiceNow deals to internal senior stakeholders.
• Understand the ServiceNow licensing landscape and prepare license estimates based on customer requirements.
• Provide Managed Services or Time & Material estimates for the ServiceNow landscape, whether implemented by DXC or taken over from an incumbent.
• Resource based on requirements, i.e., dedicated vs. shared; onsite vs. offshore.
• Maintain all documents, spreadsheets and relevant presentations in the central repository for audit purposes.
• Participate in larger IT deals where ServiceNow is the platform of choice and prepare effort estimates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Overall 8-10 years of experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales and Solutioning.
• Proven experience handling multiple regions and cultures and working on complex solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver with quality, i.e., structured and methodical.
• ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Sales Accreditation, ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations, and ServiceNow Micro-Certifications are a must.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• ServiceNow CAD & CIS certifications.
