Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, Everpure Resilience

Overview

Everpure is hiring a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to support pre-sales activities within a pod model, focusing on disaster recovery and cyber resilience solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop an understanding of what drives customer business decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and domain expertise in disaster recovery and cyber resilience.
• Connect technology solutions across the Everpure portfolio to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with sales, specialists, and channel partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Lead evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
• Capture requirements and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications (pre-sales required).
• Experience supporting sales of enterprise software, SaaS, storage, or cloud to enterprise accounts (preferred).
• Strong understanding of architecture, design, and implementation of multi-tiered cyber resilience and disaster recovery solutions.
• Working knowledge of applications relevant for DR/cyber recovery, including Active Directory and DNS; Layer 2/3 networking.
• Working knowledge of VMware technologies including vCenter and ESX.
• Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, EBS), Azure, GCP, containers, k8s, and microservices architectures (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
