Pricing Analyst, Associate 2

Overview

Pricing Analyst (Associate 2) focused on running valuation control checks and resolving pricing exceptions across multiple securities types. The role includes generating client-specific valuation reports and maintaining accurate pricing inputs and documentation.

What you'll do

• Run control reports to find missing, variance, and stale pricing and resolve exceptions per client instructions.
• Use pricing feeds, broker quotes, and backup sources to support daily pricing operations.
• Apply price for missing price securities and validate variance/stale using alternate vendor data.
• Research corporate action securities and perform portfolio level pricing.
• Generate and publish client specific reports for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Identify prices breaking tolerance levels, research them, and escalate issues as required.
• Maintain documentation and audit trail/back-up for pricing and valuation work.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in financial markets (experience over a year is a value add).
• 2-3 years of experience in financial markets is a must.
• 2+ years experience in securities pricing, fund accounting, or custody operations/securities administration.
• Knowledge of capital markets and complex securities.
• Ability to analyze issues, obtain/evaluate information, and reach conclusions.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and Access.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and attention to detail.
