HR Specialist I focused on Employee Life Cycle Management (HR Ops), delivering HR operations services from onboarding through termination.

What you'll do

• Manage employee lifecycle HR transactions from onboarding to termination while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and data integrity in HR systems for accurate downstream processing.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and monitor background verification for new hires.
• Support onboarding, transfers, absence management, visa renewals, and offboarding processes.
• Validate payroll-related information such as salary changes, one-time payments, and bank details.
• Resolve employee and manager queries using ticketing systems and follow defined SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Generate reports and perform data quality checks; support HR reporting requirements.

What you'll need

• Graduate degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Hi-Next.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
