Primary Systems Analyst, Officer

Overview

Provide application administration, production support, and infrastructure operations for Charles River IMS solutions across client production, disaster recovery, and test environments.

What you'll do

• Administer users, privileges, configurations, and operational processes.
• Configure and support software changes, integrations, and interfaces.
• Troubleshoot performance, availability, and escalated production issues.
• Apply patches and manage Charles River IMS version upgrades.
• Support migrations, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
• Transition new clients into production operations.
• Automate and improve service delivery using third-party tools and scripting.

What you'll need

• 11+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production software applications.
• Expertise in PowerShell development and scripting.
• Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Windows Servers.
• Experience with schedulers such as BMC Control-M or Autosys.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience with DevOps technologies, Python, or Perl.
• Experience with Charles River IMS or securities trading software.
• Familiarity with databases, networks, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, or FIX.
