Commercial Analytics Manager

Overview

Commercial Analytics Manager role supporting Commercial leadership with data-backed insights for US commercial performance. You will lead and execute analytical plans, partner cross-functionally (US teams), and ensure quality, rigor, and reproducibility of outputs.

What you'll do

• Design and execute analytic plans across multiple secondary data sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver performance analytics covering brand drivers, payer/access shifts, promotional impact, field dynamics, and competitive trends.
• Translate US business questions into structured analytical approaches using appropriate methods and datasets.
• Produce and maintain performance reports and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
• Partner with US teams including forecasting, market research, value and access, decision science, and reporting/visualization.
• Communicate findings to US stakeholders using concise narratives and visuals.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s with 8-13 years or Master’s with 6 years of relevant sales & marketing operations and/or analytics experience.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and Python skills.
• Working knowledge of Tableau and cloud data services (AWS, Databricks).
• Experience analyzing and integrating various secondary data sources specific to US commercial pharma.
• Working understanding of measurement frameworks, critical metrics, and commercial performance evaluation.

Nice to have

• Comfort independently managing project timelines and developing contingencies.
• Proven ability to influence collaborators and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
