Principal Data Scientist

Overview

Principal Data Scientist partnering with HR leadership to identify and deliver high-impact AI solutions in the HR domain.

What you'll do

• Partner with HR leadership and functional SMEs to identify, prioritize, and define HR business problems.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed AI solutions and recommend data-backed approaches.
• Pitch ideas and secure buy-in while maintaining alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of agentic AI solutions and ML/GenAI programs.
• Design solutions involving RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based orchestration/workflows.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI/ML engineers; perform code and architecture reviews.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Master’s degree in Data Science (listed as a qualification/requirement).
• Data science certifications listed include “Introduction to R Programming for Data Science” and “IBM.”
• Proficient English language proficiency (C2).
• Experience using Amazon SageMaker and CI/CD (from required skills list).
• Skills include Machine Learning Model Management and Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) (from required skills list).
• Day job in India and “Remote Type - Office Work” are indicated in the job posting.
