Principal Engineer-DevOps

Overview

Principal Engineer (DevOps) leading infrastructure and platform efforts with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead and implement highly available, fault-tolerant systems using Kubernetes and AWS.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/alerting, and reliability features.
• Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with a security-first approach.
• Resolve complex build and deployment issues for application rollouts.
• Analyze production metrics to optimize utilization and improve cost efficiency.
• Participate in Incident Response (IR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of work experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience with solid DevOps experience.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (e.g., EKS) including core components and deployment patterns.
• Extensive AWS services experience (e.g., EC2, VPC, Route53, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudFront).
• Expertise in monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling, especially Jenkins and Terraform.
