Overview
Principal Member Technical Staff (MTS 4) for Machine Learning, leading AI/ML solutions across product lines.
What you'll do
- Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/ML-based solutions across product lines.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and architects to translate requirements into data science problems.
- Own end-to-end AI/ML modules from data processing through model development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists with adherence to best practices.
- Conduct ML/DL/AI research and capability building using latest technologies.
- Prepare technical documentation including design and specification artifacts.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models to meet performance requirements and drive product improvements.
What you'll need
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Science and AI/ML product development, including leading technical teams.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and anomaly detection.
- Understanding of model lifecycle management: building, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on Python with frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- SQL and NoSQL knowledge, plus data modeling with Elasticsearch experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Spark, Storm, Databricks, and Kafka.
- Experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
- Production exposure to Large Language Models (LLM) and experience implementing and optimizing LLM-based solutions.
