Principal Product Development Engineer- Power MOSFET

Overview

Responsible for designing, developing, qualifying, and releasing new Power MOSFET products to customer/market requirements and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams to release new power MOSFET product families, complex products, or technology platforms to planned timelines.
• Ensure product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, and customer/market requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Provide technical support for specification and justification of new product developments and respond to customer technical inquiries/complaints.
• Act as a project management and/or technical consultant across one or more projects.
• Build knowledge across product release process, systems, project management, specification, simulation, and design.

What you'll need

• 8 years’ experience in semiconductors or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in the electrical operation of Power MOSFETs.
• Expertise in Power MOSFET device structure, fab processes, and packaging flow design for new products.
• Experience with reliability methods, Failure Modes, and Design of Experiments.
• Experience with Power MOSFET device simulation tools and data analysis.
