Overview
Principal Product Manager role at JazzX AI, building AI-native digital workers for enterprise workflows, starting with lending and due-diligence.
What you'll do
- Identify the highest-impact problems by understanding customer workflows and uncovering root causes rather than reacting to feature requests.
- Balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term product strategy, and make prioritization and investment decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Decide what not to build, making trade-offs between customization, configuration, and core platform capabilities.
- Design products that solve classes of problems, recognize common patterns across customers, and translate them into reusable platform capabilities.
- Distinguish what should be configurable, productized, or customer-specific, and consider downstream impacts across customer experience, engineering, operations, compliance, and maintainability.
- Take ideas from concept to production, take ownership from discovery through execution, and balance startup speed with enterprise-grade quality.
- Partner deeply with Engineering on technically complex challenges, including APIs, integrations, data models, system boundaries, permissions, and deployment considerations.
- Write clear product requirements and technical specifications, and influence architecture through product thinking while balancing scalability, maintainability, and execution speed.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand operational workflows and business goals, navigating legacy systems, compliance requirements, and organizational constraints.
- Convert implementation learnings into reusable platform capabilities and measure success through customer adoption, operational improvements, and measurable business outcomes.
- Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership, and produce requirements, decision records, workflow diagrams, and rollout plans.
- Establish outcome-driven metrics for adoption, operational efficiency, quality, and customer value, using product analytics, customer feedback, and operational insights.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS, platform, or workflow-driven products.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through production.

- Experience partnering directly with enterprise customers throughout product discovery, implementation, or deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience building products for regulated industries such as Mortgage, Financial Services, Lending, Insurance or Healthcare.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or intelligent decision-support systems.
