Principal Product Manager - Voice AI

Overview

Principal Product Manager for HighLevel Voice AI, defining and leading the next generation of a platform for intelligent inbound/outbound phone agents.

What you'll do

• Define and drive Voice AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and platform architecture.
• Own the full Voice AI lifecycle from agent creation and knowledge to testing, deployment, routing, analytics, permissions, APIs, billing, and optimization.
• Set product principles for agent behaviors such as answering, asking clarifying questions, retrieving knowledge, taking actions, transferring, scheduling follow-up, and ending calls.
• Review real call recordings, transcripts, latency traces, logs, failed calls, and support/ticket data to evaluate outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and AI leadership on streaming speech, LLM orchestration, tool invocation, context management, retrieval, caching, latency/reliability, and cost.
• Define evaluation, release, production expectations, observability, and instrumentation across the call funnel.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of product management experience owning complex B2B SaaS or related AI/voice/telephony/CRM/workflow/agent products.
• Prior experience as a Principal PM/Staff PM/Lead PM/product founder (or equivalent senior IC) for business-critical platforms.
• Experience defining strategy across multiple teams and delivering sustained customer and commercial outcomes.
• Experience building/operating production AI-agent systems interacting with real customers and taking actions in workflows.
• Technical fluency across areas such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, streaming audio, turn detection/interruption handling, LLM orchestration, RAG/knowledge retrieval, APIs/webhooks, and telephony infrastructure.
• Strong systems thinking and judgment around AI evaluation, monitoring, debugging, and improvement in production.
