Overview

Principal Software Engineer responsible for architecting, implementing, deploying, and supporting Python-based AI, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI applications.

What you'll do

• Establish methodologies for launching data analysis capabilities for data-driven products and services.
• Lead architecture and technical design discussions for data science solutions.
• Improve models through experimentation and optimization.
• Analyze unstructured text data using machine learning and natural language processing.
• Create data science packages and APIs for organizational use.
• Mentor team members on technical and non-technical practices.
• Ensure scalability, stability, and business adoption of data science solutions.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science.
• Experience with NLP, BERT, Transformers, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience using LLMs such as OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, or Llama.
• Experience evaluating and improving generative AI performance and observability.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, RAG, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Experience deploying applications to Azure or AWS.
