Overview

Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical direction and innovation for a cloud-based network management platform.

What you'll do

• Define the long-term technical roadmap for next-generation network management platforms.
• Drive adoption of new networking standards, protocols, and management approaches.
• Lead R&D efforts including AI-driven network operations, intent-based networking, and autonomous network management.
• Establish technical partnerships with network equipment vendors and cloud providers.
• Contribute to industry standards bodies, and participate in open-source networking projects.
• Guide platform evolution toward intent-based networking, zero-touch provisioning, and self-healing networks.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of network software development experience with 8+ years in senior technical leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of intent-based networking (IBN), network abstraction, and declarative network management.
• Expert-level experience applying AI/ML to network operations (including AIOps and autonomous network management).
• Mastery of cloud-native networking, service mesh, and container networking.
• Deep expertise in network automation frameworks, infrastructure as code, and GitOps for network management.
• Advanced knowledge of network telemetry standards, streaming telemetry, and observability platforms.
• Expert understanding of zero trust network architecture and implementation.

Nice to have

• PhD preferred in computer science, Network Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Travel: Up to 15–20% for customer meetings, industry conferences, vendor partnerships, and technical collaboration.
